Company profile

In 1995 the BOC Group was founded by Prof. Dr. Dimitris Karagiannis as a spin-off of the University of Vienna. Cultural and intellectual diversity, openness for new things and the continuous urge to excel in what we do has brought us to where we are today: a technological leader as well as method and domain expert.

With the constant search for innovations and improvement of established procedures, we ensure the continuity with the development of our software and services.

Dr. Franz Bayer


Dr. Franz Bayer

Dr. Franz Bayer is a member of the management board of the BOC AG. In this role, he is responsible for marketing, sales, finance and controlling of the BOC Group. In addition, he is one of the managing directors of BOC Austria and BOC Ireland. Along with more than 20 years of experience in business process management projects, Dr. Franz Bayer is mainly engaged with business and IT alignment, business architectures and process management.

Dr. Harald Kühn


Dr. Harald Kühn

Dr. Harald Kühn is a member of the management board of the BOC AG. He is responsible for the product and platform development. In addition, he is one of the managing directors of BOC Germany where he leads the marketing and sales activities. Furthermore, Dr. Harald Kühn works in the areas of metamodelling, integration of business processes, workflow, and web technologies.

Mag. Robert Strobl


Mag. Robert Strobl

Robert Strobl is a member of the extended management board of the BOC AG and one of the managing directors of BOC Austria. His consultancy focus lies on the implementation of business process management in the field of governance, risk and compliance, as well as in process optimisation projects and process-based performance management.

Dr. Christian Lichka


Dr. Christian Lichka

Dr. Christian Lichka is a member of the management board of BOC AG. In addition to his responsibilities on a group-wide level focusing on product and service management, he is one of the managing directors of BOC Switzerland and therefore responsible for the Suisse market. His consultancy experience of more than 12 years focuses on strategy and performance management as well as BPM and GRC.


Christian Kuplich

Christian Kuplich is one of the managing directors of BOC Germany. Starting in the solution engineering department, he was involved in many large scale projects of the BOC Group. Later on, he leaded business process management and enterprise architecture projects in business and IT domains. By now, he is responsible for the solution engineering projects of BOC Germany as well as finance and controlling.

Michal Kossowski


Michal Kossowski

Michal Kossowski is one of the managing directors of BOC Poland and management consultant in business process management and optimisation. In addition to these responsibilities, he is working in the field of workflow management as well as SixSigma and Lean optimisation methods.

David Orensanz


David Orensanz

David Orensanz started at the BOC Group supporting the evolution of BOC Spain as responsible for solution engineering and projects. Later on, he focused on the key account management for Spanish customers and business process management activities. David Orensanz contributes to the internationalisation of the BOC Group in the South American region. Since then, he is accountable for clients and partners in the South American market.

Lukas Ramach


Lukas Ramach

Lukas Ramach is one of the managing directors of BOC Austria. He is responsible for product and platform development, quality management and support organisation. In addition to his capabilities in the field of software and IT architecture, he has implemented customer-oriented and agile development processes.


Kai-Helmut Eckert

Kai-Helmut Eckert is one of the managing directors of BOC Germany and is responsible for the consulting activities. As a management consultant, he has more than 12 years of experience in BOC consulting and solution projects, with a focus on the areas of process management, enterprise architecture management and IT service management.


Fabio Anghileri

Fabio Anghileri is one of the managing directors of BOC Switzerland and the person responsible for sustainable growth of the company through management of consulting projects. As a management consultant, he has many years of international experience, acquired in the course of numerous customer projects, especially in areas of process management and optimization.
